Fernando Trocca
Fernando Trocca is the executive chef at Orilla Bar & Grill in Miami Beach. Born in Argentina, his passion for cooking began in his grandmother’s kitchen. After formal culinary training, he worked with renowned chefs like Francis Mallmann and refined his skills in Europe.
At 22, he opened his first restaurant, then led the kitchen at Vandam in New York before launching Sucre in Buenos Aires—named one of Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants. He later co-founded Mostrador Santa Teresita in Uruguay, a seasonal hotspot in José Ignacio.
Trocca’s cuisine blends Latin heritage with global technique. He was named an Outstanding Cultural Personality by the City of Buenos Aires and continues to shape the culinary scene with passion and purpose.
